Introduction to Railway Damper Overhaul Services

Using professional equipment, including damper performance test benches, coordinate measuring machines, ultrasonic cleaning machines, and fully automated painting lines, we carry out standardized overhauls covering the entire process: exterior cleaning, precision disassembly, ultrasonic cleaning, performance testing, painting, and protection.

During the overhaul process, we focus on inspecting key components such as the outer oil storage cylinder, piston rod, working cylinder, piston, and bottom valve. By utilizing coordinate measuring machines, external micrometers, internal dial indicators, magnetic particle flaw detectors, and performance and damping force test benches, we ensure that all damper parameters meet the required standards and that overhauled components comply with industry specifications.

For common damper failures, we conduct rapid performance fault analysis to accurately identify issues such as insufficient damping force, aged rubber components, and component deformation, followed by targeted repairs.
